Delta Dental of Virginia's new mandatory online billing and eligibility system is now live for the first wave of pool-rated groups. The transition will begin with the June billing cycle. Groups included in the first wave will be receiving the letter below beginning tomorrow, April 21, with information regarding the transition, along with an invitation to sign up for online billing webinars being offered throughout the month of May.

Groups are being categorized into three waves alphabetically by group name. The breakdown for each wave is as follows:

 

Wave 1: Groups "1" through Letter "E"

Wave 2: Groups "F" through "O"

Wave 3: Groups "P" through "Z"
