We have so many teams on the various waiting lists for our Winter Tournament that we have decided to offer two additional tournament dates.

The two new tournament offerings are:

- December 18-20 (age group TBD - see below)
Update: currently 8 teams have registered

- April 15-17 (age group TBD - see below)

Update: currently 4 teams have registered

(Being that the Winter Recess for nearly all schools does not
start until Thur, Dec. 24th, we anticipate that most teams won't
have player availability issues for the Dec. 18th-20th weekend.)

Here is what we are going to do to determine the

"Age Group" for the two additional tournament dates:

In order to determine the level of interest for these two
dates, we have added the two additional tournament
registrations in the DASH system, under the group heading

" Softball - Winter FP additional Tournaments 15-16" .

If you want to register your team for either, or both, of
these two dates, please register using the DASH system.
You will not need to make a payment at this time.

When you get to the "Team Information" section, please
be sure to select "Register New Team" and then
enter your team name followed by the age group.
(i.e.: "Team FP - 14U")

We will monitor the registrations as they come in for the two
new tournament dates. Again, please be sure to enter both
your team name and age group. Once we have at least 12 registrations within a certain age group, we will then officially
"set" that tournament date for the age group showing the
greatest commitments to play for that tournament date.

through the DASH system.

This is FREE OF CHARGE!

The division with the most 'commitments to play' will be allowed to have a tournament created for them.

An official registration will then be need to be processed
to guarantee placement in the tournament.

Registration Fee: $725/team

Format will include (3) Pool Play games (new game every 1hr and 20 min.), on Friday and Saturday with all teams advancing to the seeded Single Elimination Rounds on Sunday. Teams may have use of the Technical Training area or batting cages, if available , for warm up and practice. Only the first 14 teams that are paid-in-full will be accepted. Registration received with FULL payment will be handled on a First Come, First Served basis.

All g ames will be played in the Dome.

Friday games tentatively played at 6:50pm and/or 8:10pm.

Waiting List Procedure

If a tournament is full, a team may be placed on the waiting list by sending us a paper registration form with either a credit card or check.
If an opening comes up, we will contact the team and process the payment upon confirmation. No payment will be processed until an opening becomes available.

DASH Registration Process

To register online, you will need to login to your personal, password protected, DASH account. Need to establish an account? Begin the process by clicking on a DASH icon, click "sign in" and "create account".

Paper registration forms can be found on our tournament page.

Prior to the tournament, the team managers will be contacted via email by the tournament director with regards to the schedule, check-in procedure and general guidelines.

If you plan on using a paper registration form, please write in the date and tournament division when registering.

Please visit the Accommodations page on our website to see the listing of area hotels that have partnered with the Adirondack Sports Complex. Whether you choose to stay in Queensbury, Glens Falls or Lake George, you can't go wrong with these hotels.

We strongly encourage you to consider these hotels when making your reservation. Choosing to stay at an unaffiliated hotel will lead to a $250 fee charged to the team.

Prior to the tournament, each team will need to provide us with the Hotel Partner of choice.

Make sure you let the hotel know you will be attending our softball tournament at the Adirondack Sports Complex.
