Dream Group
The next six week cycle of our Dream Group (Dreaming as Spiritual Practice, but don't let the title scare you away; it is fun) began February 16, 2016 from 7-9 PM in the Gallery, facilitated by Phoebe Evans, MIPD. The recommended donation is $40 for the six weeks, but it is sliding scale and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. "State of the UU" Town Hall Meeting
February 28 12 Noon - 2PM
Please mark the date for a The State of the UU congregational Town Hall meeting on February 28 from 12 noon to 2pm after the service. This will be an opportunity to update you on Fellowship goal-setting and on the discernment process to call Russ as our permanent minister. Please plan on being there for this most important meeting.

The Great Aptos Faith Communities Chili Cook-Off

Attention all Chili Lover Cooks: We will have a chili cook-off competition on Sunday, February 28th after Service. We need to determine the best recipes to enter into the Chili Cook-off on March 18th, sponsored by the Aptos Ecumenical Council, to raise money to help the homeless in Aptos. UUFSCC is already registered to enter. Just need to select which Chili recipes to enter. There are four categories: Beef, Non-Beef, Meat and Vegetarian. All are invited to enter and bring your favorite Chili to our own UUFSCC Chili Cook-off on February 28th, please let Lorraine Sandoval or Bob Bates know by this Sunday, Feb. 21st,so we may know how many numbered Chili tastings to put on the blind tasting ballot.
