My Deepest Me: A Contemplative Day Retreat for Women

In the clamor of everyday life, we are constantly distracted from what matters most: living as our sacred selves, intimately connected to the Divine. It’s true, we are very busy! But when we neglect that which sustains us and brings us peace, we do not honor the importance of our inner lives.

Join Jan for a soul-nourishing day retreat based on her book, My Deepest Me.  She has inspired women around the world to transform their lives by deepening their relationship with the Sacred.

During this gentle day “in,” you will be re-introduced to “your deepest you” through contemplative exercises, reflective writing, guided meditations, and group interaction. Each participant will receive a copy of My Deepest Me. 

Jan will show you how to put your inner life first, so that even on the busiest of days, you can truly experience, perhaps for the very first time, the deep peace, love, and presence of the Divine.

Registration is $65 when paid by Friday, September 25, $75 after, and includes the program, the book, My Deepest Me, and lunch.  Please register by: Friday, October 2.  Payment in full is due prior to arrival.
