Good Afternoon Providers:
The ELC recently informed you that
all VPK Providers are required to use the Provider Portal to submit your 2016-2017 VPK Provider Contract.
The contracts are now available on Portal for you to complete.
When you login to the Provider Portal, select the "2016-2017 VPK Contracts". The contract is in an editable PDF format that is easy to use. Your contract will never be submitted incomplete. If you leave out information in any section of the contract, a message box will pop up letting you know what still needs to be completed.
Once complete, you can sign your contract electronically and submit it to us. You can also upload supporting documents such as Certificates of Insurance, Workers Comp. certificates, teachers' credentials, etc. These documents will be stored in your personal folders within the Provider Portal to access when you need them.
If you are one of the providers not yet using the Portal, setting up an account is easy. You need a valid email address, your child care license number or main phone number, and zip code of the location.
