Get more face time with your teen. Here are
7 ways to wean your teen off the screen. 

-   Don't freak out!
-   Model the behavior you want in your teen.
-   Introduce "Tech-free Tuesday."
-   Gradually incorporate daily times to set
    tech aside.
-   Encourage face-to-face activities.
-   Spend time in nature on occasion.
-   Do a service project with your teen
    and/or family.

Column 1: Things in your life that are "essential" - you would die without them.

Column 2: Things that aren't "essential" but add joy and value to your life.

Column 3: Things that don't qualify in either

Column 1 or Column 2. If it isn't essential, and it doesn't bring you joy, get rid of it.
