Disabilities Conversation Circle
Disability Support Services and the Cadena Cultural Center are hosting Living with
Disabilities, a conversation circle on Tuesday, March 1 at 2 p.m. in Building 200, Room 229. The primary goal of the conversation circle is to foster a greater awareness, understanding, and appreciation for the diversity of our community through the lived experiences of one another. Beat Cafe and Open Mic
African American History Month celebrations continue this week with the Beat Café and Open Mic on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 4 to 7 p.m. in the Cadena Cultural and Transfer Center, Room 212, and a tour of the California African American Museum with a visit to USC on Friday, Feb. 26. Student Success Workshops
Several Student Success workshops will be held throughout the spring semester. The workshops are designed to help students improve skills in the areas of studying, time management, note-taking, and identifying strategies for academic success. The following workshops are this week, Attitudes for Success: Overcoming Academic Obstacles on Wednesday, Feb. 24 from 3 to 4 p.m. and Say What? Men's Basketball
Congratulations to the Hornet basketball team as they had four players selected to the All-Orange Empire Conference team. Blake McBride, Julian Richardson, Ian Fox and Kenny Barnes all made first team honors. Stay tuned as the Hornets find out today who they will face in the first round of the Southern California Regionals later this week.
Baseball
The Hornets hosted LA Mission College on Saturday and won 13-6.
Up Next: FC (7-1 overall) will play tomorrow at home against Mt. San Jacinto College. Game time is at 2 p.m.
Softball
Fullerton hosted Golden West College on Wednesday for the Orange Empire Conference opener and enforced the mercy rule on the Rustlers 14-0. Up Next:
