Call for Nominations
CREW DC 2017 Nominating Committee

We are looking for a few talented women and nominations are now being accepted for the 2017 Nominating Committee! 

Our Path to Leadership program has expanded to include a nominating process for the committee which will serve to present a slate of candidates for our 2017 Board of Directors.

Here are a few things to consider if you plan to nominate:
  • You can only nominate yourself for the 2017 Nominating Committee.
  • Members of the Nominating Committee are not eligible for open Board positions in 2017.
  • Nominating Committee members must be available in late June for an in-person selection meeting and for telephone calls and discussion leading up to the meeting.

Nominations are due by March 18, 2016.

CREW DC 2016 Golf Program
Golf Lessons?

Thank you for selling out the CREW DC TopGolf Networking Event again in 2016!  We look forward to a fun evening of networking and fundamentals to introduce you to the business game of golf.                                                                                 
If you didn't get an opportunity to participate, don't worry!  We will be unveiling the second phase of our 2016 Golf Program shortly, with lessons available at Congressional Golf Club, Reston National Golf Club and East Potomac Golf Club.
 
If you're looking for more intensive instruction on an ongoing basis, these lessons are great for you, with both beginning and intermediate instruction available. Stay tuned for registration to open soon!
35 & Under Community
Why Haven't We Seen You?
 
We understand the needs and interests of our membership span a broad and diverse group of members, and are always striving to provide opportunities for all ages and tenure in the CRE community to participate.

 

If you are 35 and under, we have special events and programs just for you!  In the past year, we've done everything from learning how to become circus trapeze artists to painting like Van Gogh, but the goal is to bring together young professionals to help them build a strong network and form lifetime friendships.

 

If you aren't receiving invitations to 35 & Under events, check your CREWbiz profile.  You must have a date of birth on file with CREW Network in order to be included!

Dear Members,

In my last letter I promised we would be launching our candidate search for the 2017 Board of Directors very soon, I'm excited that we are on the launch pad in three, two, one....
 
I am so excited to announce this year we will be opening the Nominating Committee to an open process aligning with CREW Network.  Our members will have the opportunity to nominate themselves for this very important role in our Chapter, and I hope you will consider the chance to serve.
 
If you have strategic vision for the Chapter, have limited time but want to make an impact, or want to continue helping CREW for years to come, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
 
Thank you for continuing to make CREW DC the association for commercial real estate industry professionals in the DC area.
