I invite you to save Wednesday, August 24, 2016 as the date for the second annual Food Access Summit. The all day summit will be held at the River Center at Saluda Shoals in Irmo, and the steering committee is hard at work planning an informative and exciting day for you.
  
In addition, the Food Access Task Force Steering Committee  is working

on updates to the 2014 Task Force Report. The task force has formed five working groups which will be gathering data related to each recommendation, identifying ongoing gaps, and making recommendations for next steps.
