To All STEM Education Stakeholders,

We need your help to ensure the STEM education provisions in the recently-passed Every Student Succeeds Act are funded in the Fiscal Year 2017 budget. Please let us know if your organization can sign onto a letter to House and Senate leaders supporting STEM education funding in the FY2017 budget by Friday, March 11th.
This letter strongly supports the main STEM-related state grant programs in the Every Student Succeeds Act, as well as several of the most promising new Administration proposals such the STEM Master Teacher Corps and $100 million for the new Computer Science for All initiative.  The letter also strongly supports the National Science Foundation's Education and Resources Directorate.

Now we need your help!  We ask your organization to sign onto this letter and support our request for STEM-related funding as Congress advances the FY 2017 appropriations process.  A more detailed analysis of the budget request is linked below.

If your organization is signing, please email the Coalition at c.alexander@stemedcoalition.org with your organization's name and contact info.
Thank you for your continued support of our Coalition's mission to advance STEM Education.

Sincerely,

James F. Brown
