Second:  Launch Team App t hen follow these steps:

1. Sign-up to Team App. You'll be sent an email to confirm your registration.
2. Log in. Then search for Center Stage Company and request access to the group(s) that apply to you.

For example, everyone should request access to join the  All Company group and then all of the group classes/ routines that you/ your dancer are in! 

We will use this App to send push notifications to your phone to give everyone immediate need-to-know information- especially during the competition season! 

If you don't have a smartphone please reply to this email so you can be added manually and you'll receive email notifications instead of push notifications to your phone.

Hi Company Families!

One week to go to Cathy Roe! Woohoo! Here are some important details for everyone to know!

Costume Info!
- Costumes are coming home! 
- Some accessories are still on the way for some costumes!
- Please note that dance costumes should NOT be washed!
- Free  Alterations for costumes will be available again beginning at 7:00pm on Monday, March 7th!  Please let the office know if you have anything you need done and we will assign you a time based on the amount of time needed!  

Team App Trial Test!
If you have not yet signed up for the CS Company Team App, please do so ASAP! This is how we will communicate any important last minute information with all company families, especially during competitions! See the Team App block for more information! 

We will send out a Team App test notification on Monday, March 7th to make sure it is working for everyone and fix any complications that may arise!

Pre-Company Production Fittings!
Costume fittings for ALL PRE-COMPANY dancers in the production line will be this Sunday! See the block below for information on signing up for a time slot for your fitting!

Information for Dress Rehearsal Week! 
We WILL be having SUNDAY Rehearsals as well as dress rehearsals all week long! Click on the link below to open the document for the complete dress rehearsal schedule and hair style information! 
- Bring all costumes pieces you have received thus far to dress rehearsals! We will discuss and finalize how all will be worn!
-Hair needs to be done, but you don't have to do your make-up unless you want to practice it!

The Production Line will rehearse with ALL dancers on Thursday, March 10th from 7:30-8:30pm!

Here is the final published schedule! However, the times aren't listed on this one, so you will need to refer to the rough draft schedule for approximate times! Sorry! 

Doors will open at 5:30pm on Friday and 7:30am on Saturday and Sunday.

You need to arrive at least 2 hours before your scheduled time for each dance! 



Don't forget! Cathy Roe has a Choreography and Entertainment Review on Sunday Evening that could include dances that competed Saturday. This would mean you may have to come back Sunday evening to compete again if you are selected! Please keep your schedule open just in case! 

Center Stage Spirit Day! 
While I know we are all super excited for our first competition, let's not forget all of the other AMAZING things happening at the studio! Be sure to cheer on our ballet dancers headed to the Youth America Grand Prix competition this weekend as well as our music students who will be performing at the National Federation Music Festival also this weekend! 
 
CS Spirit Day is Wednesday, March 9th; help us spread the excitement of our studio throughout our community and head off to our first competition with the support of all of our families and friends behind us!!!  G o Center Stage!!!

Duets: $55 each dancers

Production Costume Fittings for Pre-Company this Sunday!
Sign Up for a Time!
In order to get an awesome look for everyone, I'm asking that EACH DANCER sign up for a group fitting time THIS SUNDAY! This will give me a chance to fit each dancer in pieces that I have already and find out what pieces I still need to purchase. I can fit up to 5 dancers in a slot. 

Signing up for a fitting time is EASY! Simply click on the link below and select a time that DOESN'T overlap with your rehearsals. Then, meet me at the studio and we'll get your costume ready to go!


All fittings will be in a group setting so dancers should wear a leotard allowing us to try costume pieces on without changing privately.

Note About Taking Pictures and Video at Cathy Roe!

This competition allows us to have TWO people taking pictures/ and or video! They will sign a waiver and wear a special vest to designate them as our official photographers- no one else is allowed to take pictures or video or we will risk disqualification! 

If you would like to  volunteer  to take pictures or video, please email me! 

Volunteers  don't have to be able to do it all day, even just a few hours would be great! Ultimately, we would need one person taking pictures and one taking video for each dance.

All Shoes and Tights have to be ordered/ purchased through the front desk (with the exception of upper level tap shoes)!

LAST CALL for Earrings!

All of our dancers, Company and Pre-Company, wear our rhinestone Company earrings!  Many of you have these from last year, but anyone who is new to our team will need a pair. 

You receive one complimentary pair, after that you may purchase additional pairs. 

Replacement pairs are $5.00 for pierced and $7.00 for clip earrings.

If you are new and need a pair (or have lost yours and need to purchase a pair) please reply to me with your dancer's name and if they need PIERCED or CLIP earrings.
