SO........we have come a long way in the multitude of Anallise in the last few years........it certainly appears that our collective vision of $3 plus may be appropriately modified to today's in country and international reality.

LCM: IMO--- If Lockheed Martin and Raytheon are going to do business direct with Iraq on a continual basis then they will require the currency is tradable.. They are not going to setup shop in country and not be able to trade the local currency whenever they want.
For a corporation of this size to make an announcement like this-----things are changing and changing in our favor and soon.
Some think how can Iraq do this they have no money---perhaps at the moment they don't---but they have the brightest future.
And besides the sale was approved, that doesn't mean any funds exchanged hands yet. The deal is or has been ironed out and the payment system for this type of deal will be multifaceted with various terms and payments including local currency, letters of credit, bank guarantees, government guarantees and a few others they use.
My point being the local currency will be internationally recognized for this to fly. (pun intended)... These guys don't step into a bad deal hoping it will get better later.....No, no,no...It's a good deal to start with or forget it they step away and move on. Been there done that...lol Again,,,,IMO

In my recent past news letters I explained fully to you why they must use the dollar to pay debts outside the country since Iraq is still a "closed" economy and can not use their dinar to pay foreign workers or investors for services and goods that reside outside their boarders. Iraq will remain a "closed" economy as long as they do not have a currency that is traded globally and managed through the WTO for it's trading partners.
I also told you many months ago when the Customs & Tariff law was passed that it would be very difficult for Iraq to collect any real significant tariffs from large shipping and air carriers since they are not yet hooked fully into the WTO banking system and there is a special software system used for collection of tariffs that used currency rates from the global exchanges.
How can you determine the tariff amount and convert it to the currency of the country of origin if you can not convert their rates to Iraqi dinar? We also know corruption is ripe in Iraq and it is not safe to say anyone is trustworthy. We know for a fact that the opportunity for revenue from tariffs alone can rival if not surpass the revenue from oil exports. So why would you want to manually manage such a high source of revenues manually? You are opening yourself up for yet more corruption. We know Iraq is on an economic crisis and needs these revenues.
Why am I telling you all this?

I want to once again emphasize and caution all of you not to stake timelines of an RV based on the publishing of the 2016 budget or any future budget in the official gazette. Have we not learned your lesson yet? How many years must we go through the anxieties of waiting in anticipation for the Iraq to open their budget thinking the new rate will surface when they do? It is simply just an other one of those false events that everyone latches on to in order to create hype for an RV. Do you want to know what events really count? How about getting your nose in to the articles and paying attention to where Iraq needs to go for currency reform.
Do you even know what I mean when I use the term "currency reform"? I use it so often that maybe now is a good time to explain it again to everyone.

CNBC yesterday: Iraq-Abadi said that MOSUL is a priority and that they're making advancements on the taking and SECURITY, of that city. He reminded us of what they did in Ramadi - and so quickly....with Success. These are the priorities, (below), in order, for a FULL IN-COUNTRY INCREASE IN THE DINAR RATE, to first take place - then a FULL INTERNATIONAL RATE to follow.

But no, don't expect it on CNN Live" :) Think more of a hidden headline on some website, a tweet from RR or some other "hint" that's supposed to be hidden from the masses. Keep the faith!
ToddP: This GCR involves so many moving parts and information comes from people's point of view to it. Therefore, lots of false positives from those people's perspective. Also, nobody every said they guarantee it to be a cakewalk. We are earning every dime on this roller coaster. Great days are ahead. I think I saw someone say a day or so ago that IKO & Martha are saying Forex rates are not a factor anymore....but 1180 however going in the wrong direction is a GREAT FACTOR...IMO!!
I thought similar...that RV would happen...THEN forex would show it after the fact...but AWKWARD movement in the wrong direction is VERY INTERESTING as RayRen would say LOL
OffGrid: Forex at 1180 pairs up with the CBI rate ----- US dollar USD 1182.000 1180.000 .... ya gotta synch before ya blink!!! ;)
LilyPad: My opinion is forex is just now catching up to CBI which is reflecting the 2% spread required for Iraq to go Article 8 (international). That would be a GOOD thing.

It took how long to "align" this time for our blessing? Seems like forever. I can't even count the sleepless nights of researching and calculating and reading between the lines.
But is it all over with the RV? This is only the beginning of a journey to change a world so damaged by wars, chemicals,hatred and GREED.
This is a true beginning,perhaps the start of a new book of Genesis.
There is no stopping it,but it is now our time to bring it forward; a time to guide those who won't understand;a time to educate and a time to be a true part of the change but most of all be proactive to bring this all together.
