Our dear friends, Rhonda Vilardo Cooper and Coleen Kirnan Friedmann, two amazing businesswomen from Los Angeles, will be hosting our 2016 classes. They share our deep passion of the Val d'Orcia and are ready to welcome you to enjoy all of its pleasures of the culinary traditions as well as the breathtaking landscape.
