We will be presenting exciting information regarding the HomeLift grant which provides $15,000 on a 0% forgivable down payment loan.

We will also be discussing how to layer this forgivable grant with our SmartMove first time homeowner loans and LEAP multifamily loans that provide up to 100% financing with additional down payment and closing cost assistance programs up to $10,000 we have available.
