February is America Heart Month. CDC and Million HeartsĀ® hope you'll join us in showing support for heart health by sharing messages on your digital channels that encourage your audience to take good care of their hearts, starting small with just one new healthy habit. We have included messages in the attached toolkit that highlight key messages related to heart-healthy behavior, which we hope you'll share. The toolkit contains messages for consumers and health care professionals for social media platforms, websites and e-newsletters.
This American Heart Month, CDC and Million HeartsĀ® are focused on encouraging African American men to adopt one heart-healthy behavior. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men, and African American men are disproportionately affected by heart disease.

Involving youth in the tobacco prevention and control movement has been a critical strategy for advancing policy and social norm changes for quite some time. However, the current environment has required some tobacco control programs to pull back support for youth engagement over the past few years, and others struggling with how to take their youth engagement efforts to the next level.  These webinars will explore the role youth can play in advancing policy as part of a comprehensive tobacco control program.  For more information, click here.
