Spring 2016: Gay Games commemorative art unveiling
To commemorate Gay Games 9, GCEF is working with the City of Akron and the Akron/Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau to commission a piece of art that will be displayed in front of the visitors bureau on Mill Street. The artwork will remind future generations of the important role Akron played in this once-in-a-lifetime event. Stay tuned for more details about the unveiling.
