NYSPHSAA Battle of the Fans Competition
Webster Schroeder High School (Section 5) is the 2015-16 NYSPHSAA Battle of the Fans Champion, after winning a public vote conducted through NYSPHSAA's social media platforms. Over 20,000 votes were cast this season for the contest, now in its third year. Battle of the Fans allows member schools to submit student-produced videos profiling their student section displaying school spirit and sportsmanship. Videos are judged by the NYSPHSAA staff and finalists are chosen for an on-site visit by NYSPHSAA staff to experience a game-night with the student section. We congratulate the other finalists, Skaneateles High School (Section 3) and Cicero-North Syracuse High School (Section 3), and the other member schools who submitted videos this year. For more information on Battle of the Fans, visit the Battle of the Fans website here.
