Summer is here and it is going to be a HOT one at Roots! We'll start out the month with some new faces on Bring a Friend to Class Day and continue the fun through the weekend with the Annual 4th of July Workout and Breakfast Cookout. We'll wrap up the month with the 2nd installment of the Cool Cruel Summer Benchmark Series

You don't want to miss any of the fun! Read on for dates and details on everything that is coming your way.

Upcoming Events at Roots
 
Thursday, July 2nd - Bring a Friend to Class 
Is there a friend or family member you would like to introduce to CrossFit? Bring them to a group WOD on July 2nd. Sign up in MBO as usual. You do not need to register your guest in advance. 

Saturday, July 4th - 4th of July Workout and Breakfast Cookout
Kick off the 4th of July with the Roots Crew. Join us for class at 10am followed by an epic breakfast cookout. Teton Waters Ranch will be here with the Meat Truck cooking up breakfast sausages. 

Saturday & Sunday, July 11th & 12th - Weekend Workouts at Centennial Middle School
Test your fitness outdoors at the Centennial Middle School track. Class schedule and sign-up in MBO. 

Thursday, July 16th - Cool Cruel Summer Series Volume 2
Come and throwdown with your fellow Roots. The workout will be Hammer. We will be announcing food order details the week of the event on the website. 

Saturday, August 8th - Roots Summer Oly Meet
We will be running set and re-ordered flights. Details and sign-up available  HERE

Sunday, August 16th - Roots 6 Year Anniversary Party
Roots is turning 6! Join us at Boulder Reservoir to celebrate with a day of fun in the sun! Keep an eye on your inbox for an evite with all of the details.

CROSSFIT ENDURANCE 

Starting Line Begins Monday, July 6th
 

Are you an endurance athlete looking to step up your training? Or are you looking to become more competitive in your endurance sport and participate in local races? Look no further! We help endurance athletes of AL
L levels and sports train for success in our CrossFit Endurance program. 

 

Sign up for our Starting Line* course today to get started.
 

Dates :  Monday, July 6th to Friday, July 17th

Schedule:  Meets M/W/F from 12:30-1:30 for 2 weeks

Cost: $150 (Includes two weeks of CrossFit Endurance classes immediately following completion of Starting Line.)

Welcome to the world, Campbell Lane Christensen! This beautiful little lady entered the world on June 29th. Nicole, Eric and Harriet are so excited about the new addition to the family.

Congratulations to Laura and Molly who raced the Winter Park Epic Single Track - Super Loop! Laura took 1st place overall and, in their age group, Laura took 1st and Molly took 2nd! 

Thank you to everyone who came out for the Primal Kitchen Launch Party at Whole Foods Market! What an honor to meet the man behind Mark's Daily Apple!

CrossFit is a back-to-basics, no gimmicks, strength and conditioning fitness program. Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity are the foundation of our program.

Better yet, attend a Beginner Class or Free Class & Intro Session.  

Beginner classes are offered Sundays from 10:30-11:30am. Free Class and Intro Sessions are on the schedule every other Tuesday at 6:30pm.  Sign up online HERE or email info@crosssfitroots.com for additional schedule times.
