HEADMASTER'S DAY: On Tuesday you could hear the roar of joy coming from the gym on the main campus the night Mr. Darrin announced a Headmaster's Day. TOM ENGLE TREE FUND:
Tom Engle worked at Blue Ridge from 2002 until 2009. Standing close to seven feet tall, he was not only big in stature, but also big of heart, and he gave generously to Blue Ridge School in many ways. He worked tirelessly in the Fishburne Learning Center, serving as both teacher and director. In tribute to Tom's service to the School, a 20-foot tall white oak tree will be installed on the lawn this spring. This tree will be the beginning of the next generation of oaks, assuring future Blue Ridge School students of a beautiful, shady lawn.
