EC Digest
Fall 2014: Issue 9

 Join us next week for DamNation (www.damnationfilm.org), an award-winning documentary that showcases an issue that is near and dear to all of us here in the Animas Watershed: the importance-economically, ecologically, recreationally, and soulfully-of vibrant, healthy rivers. To accompany the message of the film, DamNation Director, Ben Knight, will be on hand in concert with local resource managers and experts to discuss water issues affecting our region and what we, as a citizenry, can do to affect positive, lasting change.

There will be free food, libations, and a live and ruckus auction featuring:

  •  Telluride & DMR Lift Tickets
  •  Patagonia Nano Air Hoody and gear
  •  Osprey Backpacks
  • An overnight raft trip on the Upper Animas with Mountain Waters Rafting
  • And more!

Tickets are $12 in advance at Maria's Bookstore and the FLC Environmental Center;
