Town Center News

The Waters' Town Square is the heart of the neighborhood. Not only is it a great place for events and gatherings, and the site of our pool and community pavilion, mail center, outdoor kitchen and neighborhood fire pit, it's also home to a growing collection of shops and services.

There's a lot of activity at our neighborhood Town Center ! Stop by to check out all of the new shops.

The Town Center currently houses Cindy Barganier Interiors, H20 Cafe & Market, Life Spring Fitness, Pike Road Dental, Tim Trulove Orthodontics at The Waters, J&J Studio and Gallery, Bridge Street Creative, Re-Imagined Furnishings and Front Porch Community Coffee (Coming Soon!) ... with more businesses planned in the future.

The First Annual Chili Cook-off at The Waters' Town Square was a great success!

This year's event only had one rule - If you call it chili, we call it chili. Thanks to everyone that participated - Volunteers, cooks and tasters! There were so many unique and delicious recipes. We can't wait for next year's event.
