Happy Holidays,

If you missed yesterday's Thought Partner's Convening, you missed a good one!  FSG took the lead and facilitated great discussions around Outcomes, Indicators, Strategies and Guiding Principles. They will synthesize this great input to present at the final Thought Partner Convening on January 7th.  Please plan to attend. If you speak with any of the Partners who joined us, I'm sure they will tell you that they really worked hard yesterday. We are so appreciative of your efforts!

On another note, I would like to recognize our Executive Vice President & COO, Charmaine Caccioppi. Charmaine was selected to serve on the Governor's Transition Team for Children and Families. They will work to identify policy that will promote stronger and more effective programming to meet the needs of Louisiana's most precious assets: our children and families. Please join me in congratulating her.

As we move into the holidays, we will take some time off and enjoy family, friends and food and all the wonderful things the season brings.  The Poverty: Information Sharing Corner will resume in January.  So, from your United Way of Southeast Louisiana volunteers and staff, we wish you a very Happy Holidays.
