Honoring our veterans

The CJHS Band did a wonderful job performing "Marches of the Armed Forces," in addition to other patriotic music, during Wednesday's Veterans Day programs in the Carrollton High School gym. Many thanks to the CHS Air Force Junior ROTC program for arranging this annual event, coordinating five separate programs so all Carrollton City Schools could participate. It has become a signature event to showcase the talent of the CJHS band and an opportunity for band members to pay tribute to our veterans. To CJHS Band Director Joe Huls and his students - THIS is the Gold Standard! Click or tap the photo above to access a video of one of the performances.
