Les Nouvelles et les Annonces:

June 2, 2015

French week is a perfect example of what makes BFCCPS such an extraordinary place. Our 6th grade students and parents kicked off the week with a delicious french breakfast on Monday that raised $500 for next year's trip to Quebec.

On Tuesday, students in grades 5-8 enjoyed a hearty luncheon complete with a stunning array of desserts. However, the true highlight of the afternoon was a variety of French entertainment provided by our incredibly talented student body. We know that this event is made possible by an army of parent volunteers. Thank you to each and every one of you that helped make these events possible.

We are looking forward to Thursdays "La Coupe du Monde ? BFCCPS". The soccer tournament between Grade 8 students and BFCCPS Faculty will take place from 1:10 to 2:20 PM.  All students and staff are encouraged to wear red, white and blue to show support for their favorite team and jeans will be allowed.

Thursday evening, I hope you'll also be able to join us for the Spring Concert and Awards Night featuring performances by the Symphonic Band and Chorus. The show kicks off at 7pm and promises to be just tremendous!

Sincerely,

Heather Zolnowski
Head of School
Please note: The last session of Homework Club will be June 11th.
