New Year Greetings to all our OEM customers

This is our third issue of OEM Newswire and we trust that it is a useful read for you. Next month, we'll be running a special promotion, seeking your feedback on OEM Newswire. As an incentive to complete a brief survey, we'll be running a prize draw in which we'll be giving away one of these neat HEXA tablets, and two further runner up prizes of SIGMA golf shirts. The OEM team wishes everybody a happy and healthy 2016.

Yours truly
Michael Weller, General Manager, SIGMA OEM

SIGMA OEM Tooling Drive

SIGMA is currently commissioning tooling for OEM projects that are contracted to our manufacturing partners.  SIGMA has taken this step, because it believes it is critical that SIGMA OEM is involved in the specification of tooling equipment in order to ensure direct control over this essential part of the production process. It also leads to quicker time to market and considerably less trial and error for the customer.  SIGMA's engineering and design team "in country" liaise with the foundry and tooling maker to ensure the proper path is chosen.  Stuart Box, Director, Engineering & Warehouse Operations states, "Designing and building the proper tooling from the customer's drawings is the foundation for providing world class OEM service.  By controlling tooling, we can greatly improve speed to market, which benefits the foundry, the customer, and SIGMA OEM."
