Mary and Avery Drake were wonderful hosts and explained the process of building custom homes. So many decisions need to be made and it is the builder's job to present the choices so they aren't overwhelming to the customer.

They are constantly educating themselves on new trends in the industry. Drake Homes was recently recognized by Houzz, and online design site for our larger region. 
We always look forward to Name and Logo Day with Jim and Nate Zimmer from EIP and ZimCo Realty. The students get honest feedback and helpful suggestions on how to improve their individual business logos. 

Both Jim and Nate Zimmer discussed their educational backgrounds and entrepreneurial journeys. 

We judged each logo based on the attributes shown above.
