Debus graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in communications. During his final year at ASU, Nick was an intern at the Arizona State Senate where he sat in the Appropriations and Government, Military, and Veteran's Affairs Committees. From the State Senate Nick was hired at the Arizona Attorney General's Office in their Community Outreach Division where he traveled statewide delivering educational presentations to help inform Arizonans. He also worked for the Legislative Affairs team during legislative sessions helping to successfully advance the policy agenda of the Attorney General at the State Capitol. Nick gained valuable experience having been behind the scenes for an executive level state agency, but is looking forward to advancing the Chandler Chamber's public policy and government relations.
