Welcome to the Exhibitor Flash, the newsletter for World ATM Congress exhibitors. Each issue is packed full of information to help you plan your participation at World ATM Congress. 

We encourage you to read this and future issues to ensure you have all the information you need for a productive exhibition.  
Exhibitor Hall Update

We have surpassed expectations and sold all but a handful of small stands, utilizing additional space we have previously not used in Hall 9. The average size of stands has increased from last year, and the designs for the 2016 Show are exciting. SESAR, Foreseeson, Lockheed Martin, Harris, Aireon and many others have redesigned their stands this year and  are sure to give the 2016 Congress that "WOW" factor. 

All four theatres are full, and our waiting list for presenters in these theatres grows weekly! In addition, our educational outreach has brought greater academic support, resulting in expanded offerings, including presentations from several new countries such as Dubai and France. 

World ATM Congress 2016 will prove to be our biggest and best Congress yet!  T hank you for making this the world class, must attend, ATM event,  and we are  looking forward to seeing everyone in Madrid !
Action Item: 
We need your Exhibitor Profile by January 20 for the Exhibitor Guide!

If you are already contracted as an exhibitor for the 2016 World ATM Congress, you should have received a username and password to access the Exhibitor Zone. If you have not contracted yet, get your contract in TODAY so that you can get access to the Exhibitor Zone. 

In the Exhibitor Zone you will see a tab entitled Marketing and under Marketing, your Online Profile. ALL EXHIBITORS must update/complete your online profile no later than January 20. The information in your profile will be downloaded and used as the content for your profile in the printed Exhibitor Guide. Maximize your ROI! Almost 7,000 ATM attendees from over 125 countries will use the printed guide and many more will view the online profiles. 
You do not want to be the only exhibitor with a blank profile.

Group Registration at World ATM  



Bringing a group from your staff to World ATM Congress? Don't forget to make sure they are registered and have name badges. Group Exhibitor Staff Registration form and instructions can be found in the Exhibitor Zone under Optional Forms. Need further assistance? Contact our  registration team  to make sure that everyone on your staff is taken care of. 
Need Additional Time Setting Up Your Stand?   



The standard stand setup dates and times for WATM Congress are:

Sat., 5 March
8:30 - 21:30 
Sun., 6 March 
8:30 - 21:30 
Mon., 7 March 
8:30 - 21:30

We are offering exhibitors a discounted rate for early move-in to the Exhibition Hall. For only € 750, you will have from 10:00 to 21:30 on Friday, 4 March, to setup your stand.
 
Should you need additional time to setup your stand on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, it is available on an hourly basis at a rate of € 2,200 per hour. Should multiple exhibitor requests be received for the same additional time slots, payment amounts will be prorated accordingly. (It is rare for multiple exhibitors to request same additional time slots.)

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of the early move-in rates. Please complete the Early Move In/Additional Time Request Form and return for scheduling additional setup time. Please print this form from the Exhibitor Zone under
Stand Services/Optional Forms.

Prime meeting space goes fast at World ATM Congress. Book your space soon to ensure the best location possible. Meeting space information may be found in the Exhibitor Zone under Important Planning information/Meeting Room Rental. Have Additional questions or assistance needs? Contact Ken Carlisle .
