providing a place for community members to connect with their neighbors, learn new skills and find supports they need
Taliah Abdullah, Site Coordinator

Meet Taliah!
We are pleased to welcome Taliah Abdullah as the Dahlia Campus Site Coordinator. Taliah has over 20 years of experience working with children, families and communities, including 10 years in the Northeast Park Hill community. Many of you may remember Taliah from the Pauline Robinson Branch Library where she worked for nine years before moving to Northern California. Taliah is excited to once again be living and working in Northeast Park Hill. She's also looking forward to reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting all of the new people who will visit Dahlia Campus, and contributing to the health and wellness revolution that is taking place in Northeast Park Hill.
Taliah enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, cooking, traveling, and volunteering with organizations that support families. She volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with Child Advocates-Denver CASA and as a Health Ambassador and Organizer with GirlTrek.
If you would like to discuss providing programs at Dahlia Campus for the community, email Taliah.

Farm Partner Announcement

After an extensive proposal and interview process, we have identified multiple partners to grow and distribute fresh produce at Dahlia Campus.

Sprout City Farms, People's Community Food Project, and Children's Farms of America will each make a home at Dahlia Campus. They'll contribute to a stronger food network in Northeast Park Hill by producing and distributing fresh produce; engaging youth, families and elders; and seeking financial and ecological sustainability.

Each of these organizations will collaborate with Colorado Aquaponics, who will operate a 5400sf greenhouse, producing tilapia, catfish and leafy greens year round.

We look forward to developing the details of these partnerships in the upcoming months.
