The EmployerOne Survey is coming your way!
Workforce Planning Hamilton staff are busy preparing the groundwork for the launch of the EmployerOne survey in January 2016. Once again local employers will be asked to complete a survey to help Workforce Planning Hamilton better understand the issues and challenges facing local businesses.
The EmployerOne Survey is important to our community because it's a source of real-time local labour market information. Questions are asked about current and future hiring needs, skill and educational requirements, recruitment difficulties and other labour market challenges faced by employers.
In January 2015, 172 employers completed the survey and we hope to have more complete in 2016.
