NCPG ISSUES RESOLUTION REGARDING FANTASY SPORTS
 

 
The National Council on Problem Gambling Board of Directors recently adopted a resolution regarding gambling addiction concerns in daily fantasy sports and urged the inclusion of basic consumer protection guidelines.
UNDERAGE KIDS BETTING ON eSPORTS
We came across an interesting article about the growth of eSports and its susceptibility to underage gambling. ESports, also known as competitive (video) gaming, electronic sports or pro-gaming, is a form of sports where the primary aspects of the sport are facilitated by electronic systems; the input of players and teams as well as the output of the eSports system are mediated by human-computer interfaces.
