Blogging about the

1st Annual Tim Howard NJCTS

Leadership Academy

On August 1st, 21 teenagers joined NJCTS staff, coaches, and TS experts for a three-day intensive program designed to give participants skills to successfully navigate life with a neurological disorder.

"The Academy has helped me realize that my voice and opinion matter and that I shouldn't be afraid to share it. I know that I am strong, resiliant and a self-leader."
Parents of the teenage participants and Academy coaches have blogged about the experience on our website in the TS Parents Online blog. You can see more pictures from the weekend at our Teens for TS blog.
"It was a safe place. I could tic and be myself."
The 2nd Annual Tim Howard NJCTS Leadership Academy will take place in August 2015. Stayed tuned for more information on the application process, workshops, and activities. We hope to see you there!
Thank You!
The NJCTS Staff would like to say thank you to the some people who helped make our programs and events a success:
  • Sarah Ethridge and Jordan Chervin who were our fabulous summer interns.
  • Allen Jones, volunteer photographer for NJCTS Walks at Princeton and the Family Retreat Weekend
