It's going to look pretty good for him and the GOI....what is it....well among them he had to get rid of the bad guys in the GOI....we called it phagocytosis....well it got to the point 2 days ago where Abadi came out to the Cabinet and said....you stay....you go....you stay...stay....go....go...go....there was a reshuffling of the Cabinet that dealt with substantial and personal personalities....
in other words Abadi scared them just as the Holy Man scared him....and I told you there would only be about 70 good ministers when it is all said and done.....you will see that.....they cleared out the GOI....because it is nothing but empirical data from this point onward.

For third straight day, JAPANESE markets have been absolutely hammered, NIKKEI and TOPIX both DOWN hard!! Meanwhile, the Japanese yen strengthens wildly against the US dollar @ 111.33... Just 2 days ago it was 115.45!!!
The volatility in markets around the world is insane, AND now you should have no doubt traders are scared even to the level of panic! This situation squeezes the RV closer to you by the hour!! AND, remember, the Chinese markets are safely closed!!

News economy learned that the KRG had sent a letter to the Federal Directorate for border abghaltha which consent to the application of Federal Customs Tariff Act goods entering the country through its border crossings, but they set conditions for that application.
According to the News Agency indicated the economy is that the conditions for application of the customs tariff territory in transmittance relate to the size of the customs duties imposed on goods, demanding the territory to reduce those fees apply tariffs at border crossings operated by the territorial Government.

That's the issue, the majority can't. Which is why I suggested something like a public trust funded by tax dollars which pays a dividend to every tax payer/shareholder. Each trust, whichever way you would like to organize them, can be the majority shareholder in each regional bank.
This would give the people more control over the system. Overthrowing the Fed would be extremely problematic. But changes to the system would require the government to change legislation, which is something can be possible given the right set of circumstances.

I think this latest IMF article is VERY VERY important in terms of determining the final international rate(s)-not only of the IQD- but of corresponding international rates for various countries wishing to export to Iraq...tarrif and rate related.
IMO, the is the last piece of the "new Math" that Frank talked about recently.
