The  Leadership Success Academy (LSA) is the essential board training for nonprofits. It is presented by the 
Community Foundation
of the Florida Keys in partnership with the Florida Keys 
Community College, and is sponsored by the Key West Marriott Beachside.

Through the Leadership Success Academy (LSA)
you will develop essential leadership skills, change-management tactics and executive expertise in solving today's nonprofit leadership challenges.

The LSA has coached over 400 board members and CEOs from more than 100  nonprofits in Monroe County. 
Sign up now to be part of the 2016 class.

Space is limited. 

Who :   Open to leaders of any Monroe County 501(c)(3)  charitable organization, nonprofit service or  membership organization, government group or coalition.   

Cost :    $100 per organization for up to four board members from any one organization ( including the Executive Director/CEO).   EDs/CEOs can attend all training sessions, providing at least one board member signs up for the entire program.

  • Equip your nonprofit to confront challenges. 
  • Safeguard your nonprofit's financial future.
  • Enhance fundraising strategies beyond the "ask."
Attention alumni -- need a refresher?
All LSA graduates are invited to refresh their skills by attending any session free of charge (please RSVP to ensure seating is available).
