100th Day and more!
Good afternoon. Despite the crazy weather we are all trying to get in front of, we are looking forward to a great week. 

Below are many of the items we had planned to include in our Friday News, but Mother Nature got in the way of that plan. Thanks for taking a few moments 


100th Day!
Our 100th Day of the 2015/16 School Year (originally scheduled for today) is planned for tomorrow!


Election Day
Mill Falls is OPEN on Election Day, as we are not a polling site.  A reminder to everyone to vote! For information on your polling site, visit this link.


Ongoing Weather Situation
This storm my be longer than usual. Should we have a stormy morning tomorrow (Tuesday), we may have a delayed opening or possibly a total cancellation. Please be sure to check WMUR and WZID for Mill Falls Charter School. 



February 10: Early Release Day 
This Wednesday, February 10th is our monthly Early Release Day. A reminder that our staff works hard on these days developing curriculum, planning and engaging in important professional development opportunities. 

Our fantastic Hospitality Committee has planned their monthly catered lunch for the teachers on the 10th. If you'd like  to share some goodies, please click here to visit the Volunteer Spot to see what they have planned. 

SkyZone 
Swati Gohel and Kristin Cassidy have once again organized a jumping play date for the Early Release Day. Please click here for information about the organized meet-up at SkyZone - Manchester's indoor trampoline park!
 
Monthly Giving Raffle

Thanks to all those who are participating in our Family & Friends Monthly Giving Program. 

As part of the Program, the names of Monthly Giving participants are drawn for a small gift raffle each month. The winner of this month's raffle prize winder if Devi Khanal! The prize this month is a $25 Gift Certificate to Shorty's.

Bank of New Hampshire Partnership 
A special shout out to Ellen Soucy and Mary Beth White at the Bank of New Hampshire. Last week marked the close of their work with our Upper Elementary students. Ellen and Mary Beth shared their time and expertise as they discussed responsible spending and saving habits during their weekly workshops.

If you see a spoon or a fork that doesn't match the rest of your silverware, it's probably from our kitchen! Thanks so much for sending those back in with your children so that we can restock our utensils drawer!

Food Drive: 100 Items by Our 100th Day 
We made it!!! We have cleared our goal of 100 Items by our 100th Day. Thank you to all who have contributed. Our Food Drive will continue until February 19th - our last day before February Vacation. Thanks for continuing to share what you can with those who have less.
