New York, February 8, 2016 - Fund Tax Services (FTS) and Investment Business Advisors (IBA) today announced a cooperation agreement to broaden the range of value-added services and advisory consulting assistance available to FTS' alternative investment industry clients.
Under this agreement, the expertise of Investment Business Advisors, which focuses on alternative investment general partner firm leadership, management and governance excellence, strategic planning and alternative industry best practices in all investment processes and supporting business functions, will now be available to the clients of FTS as a complement to FTS' global expertise in non-audit alternative industry fund services and independent tax consulting advice.
