To National Medtrans Participating Provider,
2015 Compliance Program Certification information and forms for the December 2015 certification period are now posted to the NY State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) website at:
www.omig.ny.gov/compliance/certificaton

It is required that if your company has made $500,000.00 or more that you apply for the SSL Certification and if your company makes $5,000,000.00 or more that you apply for the DRA Certification and the SSL Certification.
Please note, you must submit your certification online by December 31, 2015.
