Worship with us this Sunday!
We hope you will be with us for our One Family Service this Sunday at 10am as we celebrate Transfiguration Sunday - commemorating the moments when Jesus was up on the mountain talking with Moses and Elijah. He was transfigured/transformed/enlightened (literally and figuratively) as their stories, perspectives, struggles and successes intermingled.
We will celebrate the sacrament of communion at our open table.
Our children, traditional choir and informal song leaders will share their gifts. It's Book Sunday - all kids birth to 8th grade will receive an age appropriate book that will help in their faith formation. The Confirmation Class (freshmen and sophomores) will help lead worship.

Please plan to stay after worship for our Annual Congregational Budget Meeting as we look back and look ahead at our vital ministry and mission ... and as we hear an update about the upcoming Sabbatical/Renewal Time.

After the Budget Meeting... join us in the Gathering Space for a Cookie Fest. Please bring a dozen or two of your favorite homemade or store bought cookies to share - just place them on the table in the Gathering Space as you arrive on Sunday morning.

It's a Give-A-Meal Sunday - pleasebring gifts of non-perishable food items for hungry people in St Louis. Thank you.

Inspiration
"The presence of God" means a lively, attentive realization of God's absolute presence - God is everywhere, in all places, in all things, in all people. Wherever birds fly, they encounter the air; so wherever we go or wherever we are, we find God present. -St. Frances de Sales
