Love is in the air!!  It is Library Lovers Month!
We are all about Heart & Home this month!  Come check out our displays about loving your home and your library!  We also have books on display celebrating Black History Month. Come learn something new!  
 
Computer Fundamentals Training Class  
2 Sundays, April 3 & April 10   1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Casco Public Library
 
The class is designed to demystify personal computers for the student so they will not be intimidated to take additional on-line training or start out on their own exploring the World Wide Web. No need to bring your own laptop - a traveling computer lab will some to CPL courtesy of Information Technology Exchange. 
 ***Class size is limited to 10 so please help us spread the word to new computer users  and get them signed up right away.  Call the library at 627-4541  or stop by to register. 
We are pleased to announce that Casco Public Library no longer imposes fines for late materials.  CPL is happy to accept donations from patrons who bring in late returns, or who just want to help the library!  We want you to feel welcome and appreciate materials being returned so that everyone can enjoy our collection!  Please update your email address so that we may remind you when materials are overdue.  Thank you!
Jewelry Workshop

Create a beautiful "bird's nest" pendant necklace (a sample is on display at the library).  You may customize your necklace with a variety of wire and glass beads.  $10 material fee.  Advance registration required.  Pre-payment encouraged to hold your spot.

Drama film/Thriller
During the Cold War, the Soviet Union captures U.S. pilot Francis Gary Powers after shooting down his U-2 spy plane. Sentenced to 10 years in prison, Powers' only hope is New York lawyer James Donovan (Tom Hanks), recruited by a CIA operative to negotiate his release. Donovan boards a plane to Berlin, hoping to win the young man's freedom through a prisoner exchange. If all goes well, the Russians would get Rudolf Abel (Mark Rylance), the convicted spy who Donovan defended in court.
