A luxury home community within walking distance of the Southlake Town Square. DCBI has designed a dramatic entrance with a 30' monumental tower complementing an existing pond and wooded area. A natural looking water system will feature a tall boulder-lined waterfall with winding streams and pools in a native landscape which will set the tone as one enters the community. The landscape development is scheduled for completion in March of this year.

BILLY VICIC, JR. RLA

DCBI is proud to announce that Billy Vicic Jr. RLA has joined DCBI, bringing 11 years of experience in project management and contract administration. Originally from Houston, Billy moved to Dallas upon graduation from Texas A & M in 2002 and has been involved with some of the Metroplex's major development projects while with another respected Dallas landscape architectural firm. With a keen eye for design detail and an understanding of construction means and methods, Billy will help guide DCBI's exciting design projects from 2D drawings to reality. Billy is currently a registered landscape architect in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
