HealthInfoNet receives Robert Wood Johnson DASH Grant

HealthInfoNet was awarded a $200,000 Grant fr om th e Robert Wood Johnson Foundation for the Maine Data Across Se ctors for Health (DASH) Project. 

This project will advance HIN's capaci
ty to combine social services data w ith clinical data from the HIE to support community-based health and social service agenc y coordination and to produce predictive analytic tools that help health care providers effectively care for patients with chronic diseases. 
 
HealthInfoNet 2015 Usage Stats

During 2015, the number of patients access ed through the HIN portal increased by 69% compared to the number accessed in 2014. 
 
The number of unique users more than doubled and now exceeds 2,000 a month and the number of automated laboratory results and syndromic surveillance messages forwarded to the Maine CDC increased by 200%. 
 
Real time notifications on a monthly basis grew by 23% and averaged 14,328 notifications per month in the last quarter.

This individual will work with HIN's management team to build and sustain analytic services as a key organizational business line.

The Analytics Services Manager will lead client management activities that include product service development, definition and documentation of on-going analytic business requirements, and coordination of client implementation testing, training, and product optimization.

Please begin using these forms as soon as possible. As a reminder, HealthInfoNet participants are required by Maine State Law to provide the Opt-Out form at least one time after you start participating with us.
