Angel ("Cindy")
My New Assistant
I knew that the time would come, when I'd need to replace Michelle ... who has been an amazing assistant. She has now spread her wings, and working in the salon to build her own clientele.
Many of you have had the pleasure to meet Angel, who beat out nearly 30 other applicants ... and you probably know her as "Cindy". Several years ago, she ended up with that name, when advised not to use her real Vietnamese name of Hanh. Now that she is embarking on her professional career, it was time to make the final choice.
Angel is already endearing herself, with her wonderful personality ... and most certainly, her amazing shampoos! |

Every Image is Clickable
It recently came to my attention that some my readers did not realize that you can click each image on my eBulletin, to be taken to an enlargement, or a story about the image. So place your cursor over any image of interest ... it will turn to a finger, indicating a "link" ... then CLICK. There is always much more to see.

Client Appreciation Program
I Need Your Help . . .

The response to my program has been wonderful ... Thank You!
To assist me in making this program work to it's best, please be sure to either:
> Give one of these certificates to the person you are sending to me, and be sure they GIVE it to me.
... OR ...
> Have your referral TELL me that they are taking advantage of this special program.
This way, I will know how to proceed, and not accidentally apply my regular pricing. You can click the image (above), or download the certificate from my website, by clicking HERE. |
My Website
Updated Weekly! |
I add new images to my website as soon as I photograph a client ... typically on a weekly basis. Although I am occasionally unable to "get" photos of favorite clients and styles (due to my schedule, or weather and lighting considerations), I try hard to capture as many as possible, to keep my site fresh. |

Greetings!
The end of the year is upon us ... where did the time go!
It certainly got away from me, as I really fell behind with getting my eBulletins out. I had mostly prepared the October issue, when computer "issues" arose ... and then other priorities also intervened.
After giving some thought as to how I should proceed, I decided to incorporate the unsent issue, with the latest happenings, to finish the year on the up-beat.
So here is the October-November ... AND the December issue. Enjoy. Happy Holidays! Bill

A Little Late ...
The end of summer is always a busy time, especially for families ... and also, in the salon. Another school year has now begun, and many of my young clients have come in, for fresh looks.
An interesting day in history ...
On September 22, 1964, "Fiddler On The Roof" opened on Broadway, with Zero Mostel in the lead role of Tevye, and Bea Arthur as Yenta.
Have a great fall. |
Not For The Faint Of Heart
The Thrill Of Dramatic Change
> Catri ... who is among my most adventurous clients, enjoys change so dramatic, that occasionally, her friends and family don't recognize her!
Her last look was so terrific (and the images I took), that I was inspired to redesign the cover page of my website. That look was featured in my August eBulletin. Now she is a red-head , with a highly texturized, asymmetric bob.

< Jessica ... who was recently married, and featured in the July eBulletin ... also gets a thrill out of trying new looks. Her last visit to the salon, immediately following her honeymoon, resulted in this striking new highlighted, asymmetrical (yes ... another) style.
Most clients are less daring, but the success of these young ladies, can help inspire others to take a risk. I wonder what is store for them next? |
Back to School
Fresh Styles Were In Order
With school starting, the many different personalities of young clients are highlighted. Some will wait until they have had the opportunity to see what others are doing with their appearance, before taking any steps themselves. While some will take the lead with a fresh new look, to kick-off the year.
> Annie ... is a confident 14 yr old, going into the 8th grade. She enjoys having her style evolve. Her new look features side-bangs, and highlights.
< Lauren ... who is 12 yrs old, and entering 6th grade, has enjoyed adding more flare to her pretty long hair. Her new look has bangs, and graduated layers, which flatter her face, and enhances her eyes. |
Computer Delay
My Trusty Machine Decide to Take a Vacation . . .
Unfortunately, it didn't return! The big power failure which effected many of us back in late September, was the final death toll for my computer. I have now completely rebuilt it, keeping many of the parts, and upgrading others. I'm now "up and running" once again ... faster than ever.
For the geeks among us... i7, ASUS Maximus MoBo, 16Gbs 1600Mghz DD3 RAM, RAID 0, Win 7-64bit

The Very Latest
Just when you thought that they had settled on styles, their adventurism takes over, and fresh looks are born. Here are their newest styles ... but don't expect them to last long!
> Catri ... can look amazing in many different colors, which is a compliment to her terrific skin. Here she is with a dimensional auburn.

< Jessica
... who's new look can be styled to be
mainstream enough for school, church or job ... OR ... she can make a very trendy statement, when the occasion is appropriate.
Both of them are hair chameleons.
Coming in January ... some really fun hair adventures!
