As many of you know, both our son David, and our son-in-law Rudy, are in the military. So Memorial Day is especially significant for our family.
March and April were very busy for me, so this eBulletin is over-due! Diane and I visited our daughter and her family in April, so fresh haircuts resulted.

 The Latest . . . New Styles for he Spring
Hilary ... lovely daughter of a very long-time client (Elizabeth) she was thinking about changing up her style to something more striking. Creating a darker, richer color ... and the addition of bangs, makes her pretty eyes and great skin really stand out.
Nelly ... adventurous and daring just starts to describe her, especially for a 9 year old. Her most recent cut was a compromise between what she wanted, and what her mom was willing to allow. No telling where we may end up in the future.
Midori ... our dear dance coach. She is enjoying the A-line cut, and wants to continue developing the look. This latest version is longer in the front, and has stronger bangs.

 The Schoen's . . . Three Ladies with Style
Debi ... our daughter has enjoyed the evolving nature of her style, and wanted to continue the journey. The latest cut (April) was an even more dramatic asymmetrical A-line bob.
Tatum ... "Surprise me!" were the words out of her mouth the night before I was to cut her hair. After further discussion it turns out she liked what we had been doing, but wanted me to add some sort of special "tweak" to excite her. I'd say that is rather daring for a 12 year old.
Maddie ... is really thrilled to not have to deal with so much hair. She is very creative accessorizing her style each day ... sometimes surprising everyone. There is no doubt she has fun experimenting with her appearance.
