Updated Website 
We are excited to announce the updated BCI website has been launched! The new site has numerous new advantages including the ability to share important news with clients. The web address is still the same at http://www.mybciteam.com. We welcome your feedback and ideas! Also, expect to see over time that our strategic plans for our communications and website include features that will enhance how you work and what we can offer prospects and clients.    
 
The Important Updates page will have frequent updates for your clients including: employee benefit news, compliance alerts, changes in legislation, etc.  Please share the page with your clients to keep them informed. Again, this is a growing and changing site so expect to be redirected to the site with our ongoing agency initiatives.

Carrier Update
BCBSTX
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of TX made a minor formatting change to the Medicare Supplement form.  Please use the new form, which is also available on the Retail Shopping Cart (RSC) and Blue Access for Producers (BAP).  BCBSTX will send out a follow-up communication once the online form and fill-able PDF are available. 

BCBSTX Is Updating Small Group (1-50) Application Process for Coverage Effective Dates of Feb. 1, 2016, and After
For small businesses applying for new coverage with effective dates on or after Feb. 1, 2016, BCBSTX is updating the Employer Group Information (EGI) form, which is currently required for processing all new small group business. This form has been updated to gather additional information in order to classify applicants in the appropriate market segment.
