150 attended the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner held October 1, 2015 at the Ramada Plaza in Kill Devil Hills.
Highlights of the evening included:
-Recognition of Edward Greene of the Island Gallery & Christmas Shop as the 2015 Outer Banks Citizen of the Year (award co-sponsored by PNC Bank)
-Recognition of NC Lions Visually Impaired Person's Fishing Tournament as the 2015 Outer Banks Non Profit of the Year (Award co-sponsored by Charlie Aycock, Attorney at Law)
-Recognition of SCORE Founding Father and Counselor Bill Ruffin for 34+ years as a Volunteer SCORE Counselor
