It's time for our next art change over!

Please bring your art on one of the following dates:
  • Friday, Novemeber 6, 10am to 3:30pm
  • Sunday, November 8, before 1pm
  • Monday, November 9, 10am

Art should be ready to hang or display with the description paper work. If you have not signed a policy statement for this year, please bring that as well - the paperwork is attached here in full. Artwork does not need to be of religious or spiritual theme, but does need to adhere to the policy.
 

Don't Miss the Reception!

The Artists Reception will be on Saturday, November 14 from 6pm to 7:30pm. This will be our special "holiday" reception, so bring your smalls! It is appreciated if you can be present if you are displaying art - this provides enough food and refreshments for those attending, brings your friends and family in, and people get to "meet the artist" !
The Details:

 Contact information for the artist is given on the information card for each displayed piece. Questions about the art should be addressed to the artist directly. However, all financial transactions are handled through the Northwoods administrator. A donation to Northwoods set by the artist (a minimum of 30% of the sales price for non-members and 20% for members) will be deducted from artist payments. There is no other charge for exhibiting. Payments to artists are made at the end of the month. Information on number, size, and hanging requirements is included in the Artist's Agreement.
