Sports Day in Canada
RBC Sports Day in Canada is a national celebration of the power of sport to build community and get Canadians moving! The annual event takes place on Saturday, November 21st in communities from coast to coast to coast in celebration of the Year of Sport!

Skate Canada International 2015
This world class event takes place at the ENMAX Centre this weekend!  Men's, Ladies, Pairs and Dance events will be held, with the Short Programs on Friday, Free Programs on Saturday and the Exhibition Gala on Sunday.  You don't want to miss it!

This instructional and active session will present evidence based 'movement preparation' approaches to minimize injuries in Train to Train and Train to Compete Athletes.  Presented by Dr. Dean Kriellaars, this session will be held on Thursday Nov. 19th, 7-8pm at the UofL

Project SCORE! is a free resource for coaches and athletes.  10 lessons have been developed for the SCORE! program which highlight and synthesize information from sport psychology and positive youth development.

Wheelchair Basketball
Wheelchair basketball is running again this year at the YMCA!  Drop in Wednesdays from 7:30-9:00pm, Chairs are provided. The 'Lethbridge Steamers' competitive practices are Saturdays 6:15-7:45. New players (ages 12+ are welcome.
