Warranty and Extended Protection Plans

• Warranty terms will not change, but warranty work and extended protection plan claims will be handled by Eastern Lift Truck Co., Inc.

• Hyster Company will continue to honor all outstanding warranties and extended protection plans on your Hyster lift truck, through Eastern Lift.

• Existing truck lease agreements and payment terms will not change.

• Eastern Lift Truck Co., Inc. will contact lessees prior to the end-of-term to discuss usage alternatives and the equipment return process.

Fleet Management

• For trucks managed through the Hyster Fleet Program, coverage, management and administration will not change. Service will be provided by Eastern Lift.

• Eastern Lift Truck Co., Inc. will fulfill service and maintenance obligations of the Fleet Program Agreement

• For Hyster lift trucks purchased through Hyster Company's National Accounts Program; sales support, coverage, management and execution will not change.

• Eastern Lift Truck Co., Inc. will now install new Hyster lift trucks, and will be responsible for warranty service on previously installed Hyster® equipment.

• National Account customers should contact their assigned account manager if they have questions.
