SAINT PAUL'S 2016 MARDI GRAS
PLEASE CONSIDER SUPPORTING THE MARDI GRAS AS A SPONSOR

Though another year approaches, as you well know, the needs of those less fortunate never end. Outreach at Saint Paul's Church has therefore set a goal of staging another fundraiser on February 6, 2016, celebrating Mardi Gras. This fundraiser is the largest source of income for outreach ministries and will assist us in carrying out our mission statement by helping our needy neighbors, especially those living on the edge of hunger.
 
As usual, we plan for a gala evening with great food, auction items, music and dancing. Outreach asks you to support our work as a sponsor of this year's fundraiser. We promise to use 100% of your support in an efficient and hands-on manner to provide the maximum amount of benefit to our hunger ministries.
 
All sponsor donations are tax deductible, less the cost of wine and tickets. Sponsors will receive a letter indicating their tax deductible status.
 
Please address your donation to Outreach Fundraiser, c/o Saint Paul's Church. As a token of our gratitude, we will provide tickets and wine gratuities as follows:
 
For a donation of $250:  two tickets and a bottle of wine, seating at a sponsor table.

For a donation of $500:  four tickets and two bottles of wine, seating at a sponsor table.

For a donation of $1000: eight tickets, four bottles of wine, and a reserved table.

For a donation of $1500: ten tickets, five bottles of wine, and a reserved table.
 
Anyone wishing to make a contribution in any other amount would be greatly appreciated.  This contribution will be totally tax deductible.
