It was a very long weekend and an extremely short week!  I hope that you all enjoyed the amazing weather we had over the weekend and celebrated the time as a family.

Time is moving faster than we care to admit and there are several events coming up in the near future that you do not want to miss.

This Sunday evening from 5-7pm, our Mothers and Sons will be knocking some pins down at the Bowlmor in Mattapoissett.

Our 8th graders are hard at work preparing for our Annual Halloween Dance and Haunted Stage!  Please make sure that your family joins us for this "fun for the whole family" event!

Please begin brainstorming saint costumes with your child, for our  All Saints/Souls Celebration on Monday, November 2nd!
Have a great weekend
and God bless!

Fly on the Wall,
Heard
from the Hall...

A few weeks ago, loud noises were heard in the upstairs hallway that inspired the "Fly on the Wall" quote of the week.  Well, the reason for all of the commotion was revealed on Thursday, as a brand new water bottle filling station/bubbler was installed outside the bathrooms upstairs.

This week's Fly on the Wall heard the following:

Unnamed student:  "The new water filling station is awesome.  It is seriously the best water I have ever had!"

Registration Event
Sunday, Nov 15

All of the Greater New Bedford Catholic Schools were invited to attend an Internet Safety Meeting that took place here at St. Francis.

Linda Pacheco from the Bristol County Sheriffs Department gave an excellent presentation to the
eight parents that attended.  As parents, we all know that cyberspace can be a VERY dangerous place. If your child is on Instagram or Snapchat, I have attached the handouts that were provided for your information.
Please continue to monitor your child on the internet!

Projected delivery date of all ordered items is October 28th.
